Every new joiner is welcomed with open arms. In addition to centrally organized onboarding events, we offer you a very personal start in our team. We take the time to welcome you both professionally and personally, and we are always there to support you with advice and assistance.

A special part of our onboarding is our mentoring system: for at least six months, an experienced colleague will be at your side as a dedicated contact person. Your mentor supports you organizationally and professionally, answers your questions, and ensures that you quickly find your way around and build your network.

This way, you can take on exciting tasks from day one – with the confidence that someone is always by your side. Whether in personal exchanges, a casual coffee break, or a virtual meeting: questions are always welcome, and there will always be someone with the right answer.
